World Flavors Meet The Worldtimer – Time & Taste Episode 2

The time: 7:00 PM
The watch: Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer

Wednesday night I went to dinner at Abigail Street with my friend Shaheen Kazemi.

Since I knew I was going to taste international flavors, the watch that came to mind is my Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer. There’s something interesting about a watch that can track multiple time zones, but more on that later.

We started with the well provisioned hummus, officially my FAVORITE hummus, smooth and creamy with a light hint of lemon and garlic, this time embellished with rich and earthy lamb sausage, peppers, served with a warm homemade pita with the perfect amount of chew and seasoning, it’s a must have whenever I visit.

Next we had the fattoush, which is a fresh Mediterranean salad 🥗 full of crisp and sweet yellow peppers, colorful watermelon radish, juicy tomatoes , peppery scallions, refreshing cucumber, lemon and aromatic za’atar with crispy pita, a dish that’s worth the price of admission alone.

The final entrée was the mussels 🦪 charmoula. A fantastic combination of fresh mussels served with a velvety smooth sweet, tangy tomato and earthy saffron sauce, infused with tons of herbs and served with grilled bread.

Choosing a timepiece for this dinner was no easy feat, but I couldn’t think of a better watch to have international cuisine with than the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer. With its blue pearlescent dial, adorned with a circle of global destinations imprinted in red, silver and blue, centered with a visual representation of the Earth 🌍, complete with shimmering ocean blues, and contrasting colors of the continents, it was the perfect companion for this adventure.

This and many other timepieces are available At Bespoke Luxury Heroes, where we can source any luxury watch your heart desires.

Why blend in when you can stand out?
